Stretching is one thing I feel Max: 30 is lacking. Then you get a nice long stretching sequence. You’ll do a sequence of warm up moves and repeat that twice more. If you’re a fan of the original Insanity, Sweat Fest is right up your alley. It is the perfect workout if you want something that is extreme but not quite to the intensity as the other Max: 30 workouts. I did, however, slip Sweat Fest in on the weekend and ended up really enjoying it. I chose not to do this because I really wanted to see all 4 of my Sweat Interval max out scores. The Max: 30 workout schedule says you can switch Sweat Fest out with Wednesday’s workout, Sweat Intervals. If you purchased Insanity Max: 30 through a Beachbody coach, then you received Sweat Fest as a free bonus. Looking to do add a little somethin’, somethin’ on the side of your Insanity Max: 30 schedule or maybe you just want to switch up one of your weekly workouts? Sweat Fest is the perfect supplemental workout to add to your workout rotation!
